18 Awesome Festival Wedding Table Plans – We are always crazy busy here at Wedfest so sometimes it takes a while to get all of the latest designs onto the website, especially with wedding table plans as we design and make so many of those sometimes it is hard to keep track of them, so to catch up here is a bumper post with 18 of our favourite festival wedding table and seating plans from the past few months, thats alot of bums on seats, but its not even close to the amount we could have posted up… enjoy…

This first festival wedding table plan was for Helen and Ian who got married in August at their wedding festival called WEDFEST 2015, and they named their wedding tables after their favourite bands and acts such as One Direction, Oasis, The Verve, The Stone Roses etc.

Danny and Liz got married at the end of October and wanted a music festival themed wedding seating plan for their big day. This one turned out really cool, we particularly love the dark navy sky and bunting.

For Rich & Fiona we designed and created a whole suite of wedding stationery for them which will be featuring soon on the website. We made them wedding invitations, wedding lanyards, wedding menus and other bits and pieces for their big day. They named their wedding festival BETTER TOGETHER and this was the theme we carried throughout all of their wedding stationery, along with their wedding colour palette which was green, yellow and silver. Rob & Evonne’s wedding in the Galway Bay Hotel, Galway, Ireland is another set of wedding stationery we will also be featuring in full shortly. Rob & Evonne ordered wedding invitations, festival wristbands, and other pieces of festival wedding stationery from us for their festival wedding in Ireland. We loved using the oversized sunflowers and flowers in their design which we got the inspiration from after a weekend at Electric Picnic Festival in Ireland, which was perfect as the couple came to us looking for Electric Picnic festival inspired wedding stationery. This table plan was made for Simon & Jonathan who held their WEDDING IN SEPTEMBER in, guess… yeah thats right September! These guys held their wedding in a big festival teepee tent. We also made these guys wedding save the date cards and wedding invites as well as this wedding seating plan, again if you like the look of this design the rest of the stationery will be posted up shortly.

Karen & Kevin named their wedding simply WEDFEST and named their wedding tables after their favourite music festivals such as T in the Park, V Festival, Rock Ness, Reading Festival, Glastonbury etc. The wooden festival sign in this design is particularly cool as are the tipi tents.

Mick & Emma got married over Halloween weekend, although they didn’t want a halloween themed wedding table plan, they did want to make a nod to the fact it was that time of year so they asked us to make them a music festival style wedding table plan but include a few pumpkins and use some halloween style colours so it would fit the time of year. This table plan is extremely cool and the colours are amazing!!

Lauren and Matt are huge fans of vintage VW Beetles and VW Campervans and they drive one each so they asked us if it was possible to include their VW Beetle and VW Campervan in their wedding table plan design, the answer was yes of course! They couple were getting married in a wedding teepee tent so we also included that in the design. For the table names they name them after they favourite albums using the album covers to identify the tables.

Aofie & Barry wanted a table plan that featured they favourite album covers. They also wanted to know if it was possible to feature the Cliffs of Moher, which are in County Clare, Ireland which is where they were getting married in the nearby Hotel Doolin, Doolin. The answer as always was of course!

Sara & Adam held their wedding named PRICEFEST at the start of October at Crockwell Farm, Northamptonshire and got in touch with use to design them an awesome wedding seating plan, naming their wedding tables after their favourite stages at Glastonbury Festival.

This wedding seating plan is extremely cool due to the thought and planning that went into it months before it was even made. We had made Carl & Lisa’s festival themed wedding invites earlier in the year, then when they went to Glastonbury Festival this summer they got amazing photos taken of them at all of their favourite Glastonbury stages. Then when it came to the wedding they used these photos as their wedding table names as you can see in the table plan above. We also printed out the photos on a larger scale so they could use them as their wedding table cards. 10/10 for effort!!!

This final WEDFEST wedding table plan for Louise & Jack is another one we will be featuring in more detail on the website.
