7 Awesome Ibiza Wedding Table Plans – At Wedfest this summer we have been crazy busy designing wedding stationery for Ibiza Weddings and Ibiza themed weddings. We have already been out there last month and we are heading out to the White Isle again next week, so to wet the appetite here is a few of our favourite Ibiza Wedding Table & Seating Plans from this summers weddings.

First up a table plan previously featured on this website for Alexa & David who got married at Paissa d’en Bernat, Ibiza back in May. We really love this design which is really grainy in style and has imagery of an ocean and waves crashing on the beach, with a dusty pink sunset sky in the background. The main text reads ‘Welcome to the White Isle’ in a bright pink colour. This design has a real beach feel to it so perfect for an Ibiza wedding. The couple named their wedding tables after their favourite music festivals. We also made the couple matching table name cards and matching wedding place name cards for their guests.

This next wedding actually took place just 2 days before the one above. This wedding table plan was designed for Henry & Helen who got married at the Atzaró Hotel, Ibiza. As the Atzaró Hotel has a big feature pool in its grounds we included the image of an Ibizan style house and swimming pool surrounded by trees, bushes and greenery, much like the hotel grounds itself. Although the pool isnt like the one at the hotel it set the scene nicely for the Ibiza wedding of Henry & Helen. This couple named all of their wedding tables after their favourite stages at Glastonbury Festival such as the Pyramid Stage, West Holts, The Beat Hotel etc.

Yee-Kay & Kieran got married at the Cas Mila, Cala Tarida, Ibiza. We had also designed and made this couple Ibiza wedding wristbands for all their guests to wear at their wedding and during their stay in Ibiza. The couple wanted an Ibiza sunset in the background of their table plan design and named their tables after famous Ibiza nightclubs and locations such as Pacha, Amnesia, Ushuaia, DC-10, Es Vedra, Dalt Vila etc.

This next one for Azz & Dale we have also featured previously on the website. This couple got married at the Elixir Shore Club, Ibiza. A very popular and beautiful venue for couples to get married in. This couple wanted something to reflect the white side of Ibiza. If you have been around the old towns you will know how all the buildings are white washed and gleaming white and this is a feature in a lot of design around the island. But they also wanted a splash of colour as a nod to their love of the Ibiza clubbing and Nightlife. Their wedding colours were peach, light pink and grey so we added these as accent colours in the designs, and then for that splash of colour we let the nightclubs themselves do the talking. They named their tables after the big Ibiza Nightclubs and their logo’s provided all the colour that was needed.

This next Ibiza Wedding Table Plan was for Laurie & Timothy who got married at Real Parroquia De San Francisco de Paula and then had their wedding reception at Boutique Hostal Salinas at the very south of the island right next Ses Salinas beach. This couple called their wedding LOVEFEST IBIZA. As well as this table plan we design the couple wedding invitations and much more you can see by clicking here.

Kaz & John didnt get married in Ibiza but wanted to have an Ibiza themed seating plan for their wedding as it is their favourite holiday and party destination. They wanted a table plan design that had an Ibiza flyer or poster feel to it and also featured the Ibiza Nightclubs as their table names. This is a pretty cool design and we especially love the ocean and the bottom and the palm trees in the background.

This last one was also for a couple who didnt get married in Ibiza but wanted to capture the essence of the island in their wedding stationery. We have previously designed Suzy & Chris Wedfest Ibiza style wedding invitations which were super cool featuring a sunset and people dancing in the background, the 2 main things alot of people go to Ibiza for. We then carried on the design into the seating plan for the wedding which took place at The Clandeboye Lodge Hotel.
