Watercolour Wedding Save The Date – Something a bit different from Wedfest today. Cathy and John got in touch looking for us to create them a wedding save the date card for their festival themed wedding next summer. They loved all our usual designs and styles but asked could we design them something similar but in the style of a watercolour painting. The answer was obviously yes of course. We stripped back some of our most popular designs to the bare bones and used these elements in the design and applied watercolour type patterns and paint fills to create the look. We used some beautiful fonts which perfectly complemented the theme and worked brilliantly with the over all design of the save the date cards. Small elements like bunting and Teepees were added as a nod to the fact that it is a festival wedding and these will be carried through to the rest of the wedding stationery when it is designed.

Of course this design can also be used as actual wedding invitations as seen in the image below for Rob and Ally’s Wedfest Wedding in 2015, which is taking place in giant Tipi Tents at Delamere Forest.
