Sophie & Zac’s Ski & Cycling themed Wedding

Ski & Cycling themed Wedding – As you know at Wedfest we love creating themed wedding stationery and bringing couples visions and ideas and ideas to life. So when Sophie and Zac came to us looking for some themed wedding stationery for their big day we couldn’t wait to get started. The couple wanted to reflect their main passions in their wedding day stationery. Sophie has a passion for Ski-ing while Zac loves cycling so they wanted us to design them some Ski and Cycling themed wedding stationery for their big day! Well didn’t they come to the right place.

For the wedding reception the couple wanted us to create a ski and cycling themed wedding table plan which would look like a cool retro poster but also direct the wedding guests to their tables.

For the table plan design we have a large snow capped mountain range in the distance with a ski lift carrying the couple at the top of the design as a nod to Sophie’s love of skiing. Then at the bottom of the design we have the image of cyclists on a road starting to climb up the mountain side which reflects Zac’s love of cycling. We printed the table plan at A1 size and mounted it onto 5mm foamex board for a super clean and slick finish as you can see in the photo above.

The wedding tables were all named after Ski Resorts and we made matching wedding table name cards for each of the wedding tables.

As you can see in the photos the couple held their wedding reception in a stunning wedding Teepee and the wedding decor and wedding table decoration was a beautiful sight to look at.

Of course the couple didn’t stop at just a ski and cycling themed wedding seating plan, check out their amazing wedding cake. It was made in the style of a mountain with the bride skiing at the top of the piste and the groom cycling up the mountain, amazing detail and it is utterly fantastic how the detail works perfectly with the wedding stationery that we made for the couple.

This was a very fun set of wedding stationery to work on and the photos of the day are amazing, we wish Sophie and Zac every happiness for their future together and thank them for sharing these beautiful wedding photos.
