Where in the World are you sitting Wedding Table Plan and wedding stationery
We had previously featured Niall & Mimi’s passport style wedding invitations on the website, you can see more about them by clicking here. Today we wanted to show the rest of their wedding day stationery. The theme for the couples wedding stationery was Travel as Niall is from Ireland, Mimi is from Zambia and the couple live in Australia and do a lot of travelling so it was a subject close to their hearts. As we mentioned we made their wedding invitations in the style of travel passports, so for the on the day wedding stationery they wanted to continue the travel theme.
World Map Wedding Table Plan
Niall and Mimi got married at The Galgorm Resort & Spa in Northern Ireland. The main focus of the wedding reception stationery was the Where in the world are you sitting wedding table plan. The table plan featured a world map with the couples home countries highlighted.
The main heading on the table plan read Where in the world are you sitting? then below that each of the wedding tables were named after a country or city that the couple had visited on their travels. The table plan was printed on A1 Foamex board and was a beautiful feature at the entrance of the wedding reception room. The table plan also featured the logo we had created for the couples wedding invitations which then used throughout the wedding stationery.
World Map Wedding Table Name Cards
At each table there was a named wedding table card highlighting the name of that table so that wedding guests could easily identify what table they were sitting at. The wedding table centre cards followed the same world map and travel theme design as the wedding seating plan.
Personalised Wedding Menus
At the wedding tables we had made personalised wedding menus which doubled as wedding place name cards. Each wedding menu had the wedding guests name printed at the top so they could identify their seat at the wedding table. These wedding menus were printed on a beautiful pearlescent card stock so it had a glimmer and a shine under lights.
Wedding Favour Shot Glasses
As wedding favours for the wedding guests the couple had given each guest a personalised wedding shot glass which had the wedding logo emblazoned onto them. The shot glasses were filled with sweets and wrapped up in a little mesh bag, a beautiful wedding favour to take away from the wedding.
We had also made the couple a personalised wedding stamp with the same logo on it. The couple had used this rubber stamp to stamp their wedding invitation envelopes and also for guests to use when writing on the wedding guest book.
Wedding Order of Service Cards
The final piece of on the day wedding stationery we had made for this travel themed wedding was their order of service cards which you can see below. They wanted a single piece of card front and back with the wedding details and wedding party details on the front and the order of service and readings etc. on the back. The order of service cards were also printed on the same pearlescent card that we used for the wedding menus and it gave them a real touch of class to the finish.
Polaroid Photo Wedding Thank You Cards
Once the wedding was all over the last thing to do was send the wedding guests out wedding thank you cards. The couple chose our range of polaroid photo wedding thank you cards to send to their guests.
The front of the card featured a beautiful photo of the couple from the wedding day and the reverse side featured a message to their guests with another wedding photo faded in the background.
