Beach / Pier themed Wedding Invitations for a festival wedding in Malibu California

We just stumbled across these photos from an awesome wedding we worked on a few years ago so we had to post them asap. This wedding was for Bride and Groom Johanna & Robert who had their wedding in Malibu, California near the beach and then had their wedding reception in Santa Monica, California near the Santa Monica Pier.

The couple got in touch after seeing many of our festival and beach themed wedding invitations and wanted us to create something similar for their big day.

For their wedding invitations they wanted a beach themed festival wedding invitation and wanted to feature the Santa Monica Pier on the invites.

For the invitations we had a beach and ocean theme as the main image with the Santa Monica Pier featured in the distance and a festival crowd in the foreground to tie in with their idea of a festival beach themed wedding.

The front of the invitations are beautiful to look at and we kept all the colours in line with seaside, ocean and beach colours, such as blues, greens and golds.

The reverse side of the seaside style wedding invitations featured the full information of the wedding and all the details for the wedding guests.

California Festival Wedding Wristbands & Accessories

As well as the wedding invitations we also made the couple festival style wedding wristbands and festival style VIP lanyard programmes for their wedding guests for the day of their wedding.

This was a really fun wedding stationery set to work on and we always love designing wedding stationery based on beautiful destinations such as Santa Monica and Malibu in California.
