WedFest at Rock N Roll Bride Live

This past weekend gone by we were super excited and super delighted to be showcasing at and attending the first ever Rock N Roll Bride Live event hosted by the team behind rocknrollbride.com and Rock N Roll Magazine. We don’t get much time to do many wedding events or wedding fairs but when Kat (Rock N Roll Bride herself!) got in touch to say they were putting on the very first Rock N Roll Bride Live wedding event of course we had to be part of it. We have been advertising in Rock N Roll Magazine as long as we can remember and there was no way we were missing this awesome event!!

Rock N Roll Bride Live

The Rock N Roll Bride Live event was held in the amazing looking Hackney Town Hall in London and from the moment we arrived the experience was amazing. The room that we had our stand in really had to be seen to be believed. It was an out door courtyard area in the centre of the town hall but was covered with a roof, so it was outdoors but it was indoors, and at night time when the party started and the area was all lit up it was unbelievably beautiful.

All of the exhibitors were hand picked by the Rock N Roll Bride team to attend the event and all of them offered something beautiful, alternative, magical or just downright amazing so we were in great company and surrounded by lots of really friendly exhibitors so it was a really fun day just getting to know all of them as well as the actual customers attending the event.

Unlike regular wedding fairs (it wasn’t really a wedding fair) it wasn’t just loads of wedding exhibitors trying to get business from customers. There was a little bit of that of course but there was speakers giving talks, discussion panels, workshops and other things going on, and at the end there was a party, a free Processco, Wine and Gin bar, music, a photo booth and all around good times!! So we extremely enjoyed ourselves and pretty much were the last out of the building except for the organisers themselves.

For our stand we transported as much as we could over to London, it wasn’t easy but it turned out pretty awesome looking and the feedback from the guests and the other vendors was amazing. Obviously we put ALOT of hard work into our designs and work so when people tell us they have never seen anything like them or that they are blown away or they just stand there and smile at everything and look and everything in detail it really makes it worth it. Everyone who came to talk to us loved the display we put up so we were super happy to hear all the feedback.

Rock N Roll Bride Live Programme Lanyards

As part of the event we had designed and made super duper cool Rock N Roll Bride Live / Wedfest lanyard programmes for all the guests attending. These lanyards contained all the details of the days events, running order times, workshop times, wifi passwords etc. and some of our own bits and pieces detailing our information… but these looked AMAZING on the day… All the guests got a lanyard when they checked in and literally everyone wore them all day and it really added to the festival fun vibe of the day. As you can see in the photos below they looked super cool.

So to finish up just want to say a big thanks to everyone at Rock N Roll Bride for having us over, all the Revolve Management events team who organised it and helped us throughout the day with all our questions and queries, everyone at Wedfest who helped either get us ready, packed, unpacked, organised, took care of the post, took care of the kids, went drinking, didn’t go drinking or just generally helps out each and every day… Big thanks to Siobhan, Christine, Cameron, Charlie, Molly and all behind the scenes at Wedfest xxx
