Wedfest Festival Wedding Invitations

So let’s start at the start… As I write this it is 2022 but Emily first got in touch with us way back in 2019 looking for festival wedding stationery for their wedding in 2020…. Well… we all know what happened there! But before all of that craziness all planning was going full steam ahead for Emily & Tom’s Festival wedding and we were delighted to provide them with these beautiful festival ticket wedding invitations you see below…

The couple wanted the invitation to reflect the type of day they were planning which was having their reception in a festival fayre style theme and the main part of the reception being held in a beautiful wedding marquee at Glemham Hall, Suffolk after their marriage blessing which took place at St Andrew’s Church, Little Glemham, Suffolk…. which looks exactly like the Tor on the hill of wedding invites as you can see below…

Then the 2 Year Wait…

Yes thats right the invites went out for the original wedding date of May 2020 and then you know what hit the fan!! Fast forward to January 2022 and we are back in business and the wedding is rebooked for March 2022 so it is full steam ahead once again with wedding planning and organising the wedding stationery…. and when the big day finally took place it was worth the wait as you can see in the couples amazing wedding photos. The gorgeous Bride Emily looked so beautiful as did the bridesmaids, groomsmen and of course the man of the moment Tom the groom looked very cool.

So for the day itself we created all the wedding stationery for Emily & Tom’s Festival Wedding… from the order of service booklets to the table plan and the wedding favours also…

Festival Themed Wedding Order of Service Booklets

The couple had their marriage blessing at St Andrew’s Church, Little Glemham, Suffolk and we created these beautiful wedding order of service booklets for their guests to follow the blessing. The design was keeping in the same theme as the wedding invitations and the other on the day stationery.

Once the wedding blessing was over everyone made their way over to the reception venue at Glemham Hall. The Bride and Groom travelled in super cool style in this awesome black Porsche as you can see below…

Festival Wedding at Glemham Hall, Suffolk

The wedding reception venue Glemham Hall in Suffolk is truly something else! The building itself is beautiful and the gardens are amazing as you can see in these amazing photos from the day…

Festival Wedding Reception

Once the drinks reception was done and all the amazing wedding photos were taken it was on to the wedding reception, dinner, speeches and all the fun that follows….

Wedfest Festival Wedding Table Seating Plan

As the guests entered the beautifully decorated wedding marquee they were presented with this super cool festival wedding table plan that we made for the couple. The table plan had all the guests names printed and the name of the table that they were sitting at…

Once the wedding guests knew their wedding table name they could then easily find their table as we made matching wedding table name cards to identify each table.

The wedding tables were beautifully decorated in a festival theme with gorgeous colourful flowers and festival style wedding favours in the form or our WEDFEST festival wristbands and WEDFEST VIP Lanyards.

Wedfest Festival Wedding VIP Lanyard Place Cards

The wedding VIP Lanyards were a great wedding favour for a festival style wedding but they also acted as the wedding table place names identifying were each wedding guest was to sit at the reception. See more of these festival wedding VIP lanyards by clicking here…

Alongside the wedding vip lanyards was our wedfest festival wedding wristbands which each guest could wear on the day to really add to the festival spirit of the wedding day… To see more of these wedfest wedding wristbands please click here…

Also on the wedding tables was festival themed wedding menu’s listing all the amazing food that was on offer on the day as well as the amazing wedding cakes…

Wedding Speeches and Wedding Reception Party

Of course with all the formalities done all that was left to do was the wedding speeches, eat the dinner and then party late into the night and by the looks of the photos it looked like a night to remember!!

Saving the best for last…..

It wouldn’t be a festival without a headline act and to finish the night the Groom Tom took the stage to sing and play guitar with the band in what looked like an epic finish to an epic day… Go on Tom!!
