David & Natalie’s ShammaPalooza Festival Wedding

If you and your other half both played in bands then it would be pretty much a sure thing that your love of music would feature on your wedding day. Well for David and Natalie not only are they both in bands but they are in the same band!! Natalie and David are both members of the band called ‘Another Girl Another Planet’ and there was no doubt they would be having a festival themed music filled wedding day when they got hitched.

Natalie is the singer and David is lead guitar in the band which plays a mix of Punk, Pop, Rock & Ska with some very energetic live sets and an electric entertaining front woman, think Debbie Harry, Joan Jett, Siouxsie Sioux vibes. Palooza Themed Festival Wedding

The couple got in touch with us after seeing some of our other festival wedding invitations and wanted to get some made for their own festival wedding. The wedding day was to be titled Shammapalooza. A play on the Lolapalooza festival title and blended with David’s surname Shamma.

Tipi Teepee Themed Wedding

For the design of the wedding invitation they wanted it to feature wedding tipi’s as they were hosting the wedding in a wedding teepee. Then they wanted the design to feature festival flags, camping tents, tipi tents, festoon lights, a campervan and all the fun things you would usually associate with a festival and a festival wedding.

Festival Ticket Wedding Invites

The invites were designed in a festival ticket style so that the guests could tear off the ticket stub which doubled as the RSVP stub. They could then send that back to the couple and that acted as their weekend entrance ticket to the Shammapalooza festival extravanganza.

Rock n Roll Bride and Groom

If you’re in a band lets face it you are probably pretty cool right! Well that is 100% right… Check out how cool this Rock n Roll Bride & Groom looked on their big day…

Music themed wedding

Of course the wedding was a full on festival and featured a load of bands playing throughout the weekend in true festival style and even featured a headline performance from the Bride and Groom as well! ROCK N ROLL!!!
