Alex & Ellen’s Elfestival Festival Wedding Stationery

Its hard to believe that we are only getting around to posting this wedding now as it took place in May 2016. Time has been moving so fast and the busier we have gotten it has become harder to get the time to post all our new and exciting festival wedding stationery designs as well as all the other themed wedding stationery designs we have been working on, but we will keep trying!! Today we bring you Ellen & Alex’s festival wedding named – ELfestviAL – see what they did there 🙂

Ellen got in touch with Wedfest looking for us to create her some festival style program guides and festival lanyard invitations for her big day. She gave us the run down of what she wanted and the kind of day it was going to be and we got to work. We were extremely pleased with the result as was the couple.

The festival lanyard invitations were for their wedding evening party and she wanted them to have a real festival feel about them to get the guests geared up for the day and give them an insight into what to expect on the day. The first card on the lanyards was the invitation itself while the second one acted as an RSVP card and collected information from the wedding guests. We also made the couple personalised neck lanyards to attach the cards to which featured the ELfestivAL title and the couples names and wedding date.

The festival style programmes (titled festival guide) we made were to be sent out with the invitations and these acted like any festival program and gave the full run down of information for the wedding festival. They opened with a message from the bride and groom just like when you go to Glastonbury or something similar the guide opens with a message from Michael Eavis or whoever.

From there we had a whole booklet of information, contact numbers, directions, accommodation options, dress code advice, entertainment information and much much more… it really was the most well thought out and detailed wedding program guide we had ever worked on and it turned out fabulous when printed.

As you can see by the photos the stationery turned out beautiful and the wedding itself was an amazing looking affair. The photos by Todd & Moore are fantastic and we would like to wish Ellen and Elex a huge congrats – over a year later!! 🙂
