Spotify Playlist Themed Wedding Stationery

We have a super cool one for you today 🙂

A few years back music fans Amie and Lee (below) got in touch with us looking for us to create them some awesome music themed wedding stationery for their big day. The couple were holding their wedding at beautiful venue The Walled Garden at Beeston Fields and wanted to add some extra music / festival inspired magic to their day with some music inspired wedding stationery.

Gig Ticket Wedding Invitations

For their wedding invitations they wanted to send out gig ticket style wedding invites to their wedding guests. Of course they came to the right place and we made them these super cool gig / concert ticket style wedding invites to send their guests which set the tone for their big day…

Once the wedding invites were out… (and then the wedding was rescheduled like every wedding of this era cos of you know what!) … eventually the new date rolled around and we were back in touch planning their on the day wedding stationery.

Spotify Playlist Wedding Table Plan

Amie told us that they had an idea of having a Spotify Playlist themed wedding table plan. What a super idea! I could not wait to get started on this as and could already see the finished product in my head… and voila…

This Spotify Wedding Seating Plan turned out amazing and we could not be more delighted with the result.

We put lots of small details in the wedding table plan design we will let you know if you can spot it all yourself…

Each of the tables had an album playlist featuring one of their favourite bands and the playlist of songs was the wedding guests who were sitting at that table.

Spotify Theme Wedding Stationery

This was not the only piece of wedding stationery for the wedding reception. The couple also wanted a matching running order of the day for guests to know what was happening on the day of the wedding…

For the running order we kept the design style from the table plan and designed it up to look like a festival line up poster.

The wedding running order poster let the wedding guests know what time the ceremony was, what time the dinner and drinks were happening and other timings of events throughout the day.

Spotify Playlist Wedding Table Centre Cards

The final piece of wedding day stationery for their day was the wedding table cards to identify each table. For these the couple wanted to use concert ticket stubs of the gigs they had been to for each of the bands featured on the wedding table plan.

We took the concert tickets and used them alongside the band’s album covers and put it altogether to match the spotify theme running through the wedding stationery.

This set of wedding stationery turned out super cool and we had so much fun designing it.
