England vs Scotland Rugby Ticket Wedding Invites

England vs Scotland Rugby Ticket Wedding Invites – Following on from our amazing range of Football Ticket Wedding Invitations range a while back we started getting similar requests for Rugby Ticket Wedding Invites from customers, so we did the only thing we know how to and went and designed some beautiful rugby themed wedding invites.

If you follow this website you may have seen some previous posts about Rugby themed wedding invites featuring a couple from Ireland and England. For this set of wedding invites the couple called Sarah & Paul hailed from England and Scotland, and being both huge Rugby fans of their respective nations they decided these were the perfect wedding invitations for them.

The couple had seen our 2 NATIONS WEDDING invite designs for Ireland vs England and wanted to have the same but for England vs Scotland.

The main colours of the invites were Red, Navy Blue and white which is the main colours that represent England and Scotland’s Rugby teams. England was represented by a red rose while Scotland was represented by a rugby shaped thistle, similar to both nations Rugby Crests.

The rugby ticket style wedding invites were laid out in the style of an actual rugby match ticket with the main heading stating the 2 NATIONS WEDDING. below this the couples countries ENGLAND v SCOTLAND with their names underneath. The details of the wedding including the date, kick off time, and main wedding details were all embedded into the ticket design making it look and feel like a real Rugby Match Ticket.

For the RSVP card side of things this was represented on the ticket stub at the end of the wedding ticket. The ticket stubs were perforated so the wedding guests could easily detach the RSVP card and send it back to the couple. On the rsvp cards there is the option for the invitees  to write their names and select of they can attend the wedding or not by ticking ‘TRY’ or ‘NO TRY’

All of the small details in the invite design were made to look and feel like a real rugby ticket but all of the details also contained actual information about the wedding such as the bar codes and seat numbers representing the date and time of the wedding.
