Lovefest Wedding Save The Date – Shannon & Ryan from Bedford, Virginia, USA got in touch with us earlier in the year looking for us to design them a personalised wedding save the date card for their upcoming wedding. They had liked the look of some of the designs we were creating and wanted something similar for their own save the date cards. The design they wanted featured one of the landscape style designs we have used on our festival wedding designs, but the couple wanted to make it personal to them and they area they are from. The town of Bedford were Shannon & Ryan are from is famous for The Peaks of Otter which are the 2nd and 3rd highest mountains in Virginia. So they suggested the idea of having these mountains in the background and some trees in foreground as it would represent exactly the scene of where they would be getter married in an outside environment with The Peaks of Otter in the distance, sounds pretty epic!! So needless to say thats what we gave them…

The design features some polka dot bunting at the top and the wording Save The Date followed by LOVEFEST and the couples name and wedding date laid out in a festival style poster design all in rustic and eroded style fonts to give the design a vintage and rustic feel. At the bottom of the save the date is the town name Bedford, VA and more to follow… implying that the formal wedding invitation will be following with full details of the wedding day.
