Wedlock Calling Festival Ticket Wedding Invites – Charlotte and Jason got married earlier this month and wanted a cool wedding invitations with hints of a festival theme about them. They didn’t want full on music festival style with stages, people dancing and all sorts going on but just a beautiful and simple background of green fields, trees, flowers and a beautiful sunburst sky with some cool festival style fonts to deliver the message of their wedding invitation. The couple had been together 17 years so they wanted a festival style announcement at the top of the invitation design stating ’17 years in the making and by popular demand…’ below this their names and then in a bold rustic font their wedding title ‘WEDLOCK CALLING‘ followed by their wedding date.

The colours for this design was a simple palette of blues and purples in the text, sky and bunting on either side of the invite with the green fields and flowers providing a bright contrast at the bottom. On the reverse side of the invite was the full invitation and details for the wedding with times, venues and addresses etc. The invites were designed as ticket style wedding invites with detachable RSVP stub that could be easily filled in, tore off and returned in a pre addressed RSVP envelope. The RSVP cards had options for song requests, dietary requirements and of course an option to let the couple know if the guests could attend the wedding or not.

This is a beautiful and simple invitation design for any couples who want to have a hint of festival or boho about their wedding without having to over do it. It could apply to many types of wedding themes and is easily adjusted to suit each couples needs.
